Hello everyone,

What a sad week it is for all of us. (___) and I have been glued to the television, having some very deep discussions about family, fears, non-fears, bravery, and hope. We've shown our Red, White and Blue and said many prayers for all those who have hard decisions to make, people who have lost friends and family and those who died from this terrible assault.

A friend of mine, who works for ATEX and was a part of both projects that I worked on, has been installing in Manhattan, at the Wall Street Journal, which is/was located across the street from the WTC towers. His home is in the LA area and Atex is based just out of Boston. He frequently flies the specific AA and United flights the terrorists used from Boston. He was on Jury Duty in Santa Monica this week and was unable to work on his project at the WSJ site. Thank God he is safe!

I was satisfied with the newly implemented airline security measures and was still pursuing implementation positions...then then second wave hit of finding suspected people at the airports and on planes this evening. I'm edgy right now. A fighter plane just roared over...eerie feeling. It's a little uncomfortable being able to see the Naval base here and know that 10 miles up the road is Bangor Sub Base. Kinda like being just outside the big red circle in a Target commercial.

The Seahawks game was cancelled that my the Washington State Jazzercise members were going to perform in for charity. I will let those of you, who sponsored me know if it is rescheduled or if contributions will be returned.
