While primarily a songwriter, and not a performer, Rebb has played in a variety of venues, and placed 3rd in at the Strawberry Festival songwriter's competition in 1999. Rebb's writing style is simple, straightforward and clean; juxtaposing contrasts as often found in the best of country music. The goal, as always, is to get the listener to the place where they either identify with the song, or see the irony and get a laugh out of it. In any case, his goal seems to be to get you to feel something - light or dark.
