Pedar Herom is a local blues artist who has been living and working in the Seattle area for more than 25 years.

His gutsy blues style is distinct, with due homage paid to the "Old Masters" of the Chicago, Mississippi Delta, and New York scenes. "Hard to pin down" is certainly one description of Pedar's style. Equally comfortable with a ballad as well as the blues, Pedar can mix it up with the best of them, but never tries to merely imitate - this guy is a true original.
